Qualifications
Board certified in Neurology & Neuromuscular Medicine - required.
Demonstrated clinical expertise in Neuromuscular Medicine or in specialized Neurology care (e.g., Movement Disorders, Parkinson's Disease) - required
Experience in clinical program leadership, education, or health system development - preferred.
Job Summary
The Chief of the Neurosciences Center will provide expert clinical and strategic leadership in specialized neurology care, with an emphasis on neuromuscular disorders, Parkinson’s disease, and movement disorders. This role integrates direct patient care with programmatic oversight, interdisciplinary team leadership, clinical innovation, and strategic outreach. The Chief will guide the evolution and growth of a comprehensive neurosciences program while ensuring the delivery of exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals with complex neurological needs.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Essential Functions
Oversight and Clinical Leadership and vision of entire Neuromuscular Center (NSC)
Organizes, plans, directs, and coordinates the clinical departments within the NSC to ensure an effective delivery of care to our patients.
Provide strong clinical leadership within the organization and out in community for the NSC program and build strong stakeholder connections in the healthcare market.
Builds relationships with our referral base, providers, and the patient population to strengthen our position in the market.
Provides a strong vision for the NSC and ways to grow and develop the clinical programs.
Collaborates and works closely with the Director of Physician Practices on operational and strategic initiatives to ensure strategic growth and strength of the overall center
Outreach with key stakeholders and referring providers to the NSC
Establishes/reviews clinical/medical policies and procedures for NSC
Monitors and tracks clinician productivity with the medical directors to ensure all clinicians within the center are working at the highest level of their license.
Work in collaboration with HFSC leadership on strategic growth and new initiatives to help grow the program and services we provide.
Develop key Quality and Volume Metrics for each of the departments to ensure high level of care and strong financial performance (in conjunction with the Director of Physician Practices)
