Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Acting as project manager for the event and liaising with different Consero stakeholders including meeting planning and sponsorship.
Recruiting speakers and attendees for each assigned event by selling the value proposition of Consero’s conference format to senior executives from F1000 companies (and hitting recruitment quota each month).
Liaising with speakers and attendees throughout the time leading up to the conference.
Conducting research to develop and write conference agendas and build advisory boards for events.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with senior corporate executives
Attending and overseeing our conferences, providing onsite logistical & operational assistance, support and trouble-shooting and ensuring the conferences run smoothly.
What You’ll Do
● Build and maintain relationships with assigned clients and sponsors
● Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering exceptional client experiences
● Support account management from onboarding through post-event follow-up
● Coordinate calls, meetings, schedules, and materials
● Maintain accurate CRM records
● Travel to 8 events per year to provide on-site client support and ensure flawless execution

● Can juggle multiple priorities while keeping a sharp eye for detail
● Loves networking and building lasting business relationships
● Is solution-driven, adaptable, and enjoys problem-solving on the fly
Required:
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
● Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
● Ability to travel up to 15% annually
Preferred:
● CRM experience
● Background in events or conferences
