Position Summary:
ANSER is seeking an experienced Collections Requirements Manager with a strong background in GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS) and intelligence collection processes. In this role you will support national and theater-level collection efforts across multiple intelligence disciplines.
Day To Day Responsibilities:
Develop, validate, and manage GEOINT and multi-INT collection requirements using GIMS and other tasking systems.
Coordinate intelligence collection efforts across SIGINT, MASINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and GEOINT disciplines to support operational and strategic objectives.
Provide subject matter expertise in national and theater-level Collection Requirements Management (CRM) processes.
Perform capability requirements analysis and develop collection strategies aligned with intelligence gaps and priorities.
Monitor, evaluate, and re-task collection requirements based on changing mission needs and operational dynamics.
Prepare and publish detailed reports, assessments, and briefings on collection plans and results for senior leadership and stakeholders.
Utilize tools such as CRATE, MAGIC, OSCAR-MS, NMRS, NSRP, CHROME, and others to manage and track collection requests and fulfillments.
Support collaboration with Department of Defense, Combatant Commands, military staff, and program offices to ensure mission alignment.
Stay current on new applications, procedures, and initiatives in the collection management field through required training and continuous learning.
Contribute to the development and refinement of collection management policies, SOPs, and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI clearance; CI Polygraph.
5+ years of relevant experience within the Intelligence Community or military intelligence, with significant experience in collection requirements management.
Demonstrated proficiency with GIMS and GEOINT tasking applications like GETS, GSR, and NGDS.
Experience in All-Source Analysis with a focus on GEOINT and at least one additional intelligence discipline (SIGINT, MASINT, HUMINT, or OSINT).
Completion of relevant collection management training courses (e.g., ICMC, ICC, IROC, OCMC Boot Camp, OSCAR-MS, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Certified Collection Management Professional (CCMP).
Strong understanding of the Intelligence Cycle, operations, and tasking.
Familiarity with tools such as MIDB, FalconView, NES, NPW, PSAS-M, PRISM, HOTR, and other mission-critical systems.
