Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent based in San Antonio, TX. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for managing daily on-site activities, ensuring construction safety, organizing resources, and overseeing all phases of construction projects. They will also work on budgeting, project management, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Additionally, the role will include supervising and training site workers and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety
• Strong Organization Skills
• Procore software experience a plus but not a requirement
• MS Project scheduling software experience a plus but not a requirement
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Management
• Willing to travel for work
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications such as OSHA certification is a plus
