Position Summary:

The Controller will oversee all financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role is ideal for a seasoned accounting professional with deep experience in manufacturing and/or construction environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and financial procedures.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure accurate job costing and financial tracking.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Support external audits and tax filings.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a Controller/leadership role
• Strong background in manufacturing and/or construction accounting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
