Our real estate client based in Falls Church, VA is recruiting a Controller/VP of Finance to join their senior leadership team. This highly visible/hands on/strategic role will interact regularly with the C-Suite and Stakeholders. This role will facilitate succession planning with path to CFO . Responsibilities include oversight of controllers group, strategic planning, tax strategy, portfolio analytics/projections, cash management and banking relations. Ideal profile includes 15+ years of commercial real estate industry, multifamily housing, development and/or construction. Must have collaborative leadership style and interact at all levels within the company (closely held). Compensation $300K.
