What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of our company—helping customers with alarm systems, general inquiries, and troubleshooting. Your daily tasks will include:
Handling a high volume of incoming calls for a customer base of over 12,000.
Providing prompt and courteous responses to phone and email inquiries.
Reviewing daily alarm activity reports.
Assisting customers with basic alarm system troubleshooting.
Following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience (call center experience is a plus)
Strong communication skills and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new software (CRM experience is a bonus)
