Magnolia Plumbing, Inc. Is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our company! Applicants must have at least 2 years’ experience in a fast paced, customer service environment where a large amount of phone calls were made/taken.

We offer paid vacation, health insurance, 401K matching, profit sharing and Fort Totten metro accessible.

Responsibilities

  • Field incoming calls in a timely manner.
  • Meet daily call center goals which include but not limited to:
    • Making 75 outbound calls
    • Booking appointments
    • Doing some cross sells
  • Educate customers on additional services, products, and service plans, which include upselling to customers
  • Always maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude towards customers to build trust.
  • Engage the customer to incite loyalty
  • Provide World Class Customer Service Every day
  • Collaborate in a team environment and enjoys a challenge in a fast-paced workplace.
Requirements

  • Must be proficient in Excel, MSWord and Outlook
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Provide great customer service by being motivated and energetic
  • Multitask effectively and works well under pressure.
  • Professional composure in varying situations
  • Ability to work well with others
