Responsibilities

• Share your insurance expertise and knowledge with clients, answering their questions, helping them make important policy decisions, and guiding them towards the best coverage options.
• Sprinkle your magic on policy change requests, ensuring all updates are processed smoothly, from adding or removing coverage to tweaking personal information.
• Use your intuitive powers to identify client needs and suggest the perfect insurance products and services to meet their unique requirements. You're like a superhero, but for insurance!
• Team up with our extraordinary agency members to create magical customer experiences. Together, we can conquer anything!
• Work your tech wizardry to accurately record client interactions, update policy information, and generate reports using our super-cool computer systems and software.
  
  

Qualifications

• A zest for life and a high school diploma or equivalent. Bonus points if you have additional education or relevant certifications in insurance or customer service!
• Previous experience working in a State Farm agency will make you stand out from the crowd.
• Being fluent in Spanish (both verbal and written) will give you the edge when helping our Spanish speaking customers.
• Superpowers in the form of excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You know how to connect with clients, colleagues, and insurance underwriters like no other!
• A knack for problem-solving that would make Sherlock Holmes proud. You can think on your feet and find solutions faster than a speeding bullet.
• Attention to detail that rivals a master painter's brush strokes. You're organized and can handle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
• Tech-savvy skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate insurance agency management systems. You're a digital superhero!
