About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Order Manager to join our team in East Los Angeles. This role is essential to ensuring smooth order processing, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced food production environment.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage end-to-end customer order processing, from intake to delivery

✅ Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution

✅ Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment

✅ Monitor inventory levels and communicate availability to customers

✅ Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and adjustments

✅ Analyze order trends and provide insights to improve service and efficiency

✅ Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards in all customer interactions

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in customer service or order management, preferably in the food industry
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Proficiency in order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able to work on-site in East Los Angeles
