Cyber Security Task Order Project Manager

Description

OCH Technologies is seeking a highly qualified Cybersecurity Task Order Project Manager (TOPM) to lead the Cyber Resilience Support task order (TO). This role is responsible for the overall management and successful execution of the Task Order, ensuring technical solutions and schedules are delivered in a timely and compliant manner. The Task Order Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, and performance.

Location

Remote within DMV area (DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia)

Core Responsibilities & Duties

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all task order activities, providing leadership and oversight for cybersecurity support services.
• Coordinate with Government KO, COR, and other agency representatives to ensure project requirements and deliverables are met.
• Manage task order schedules, resources, and technical execution to align with program objectives.
• Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards, policies, and applicable security requirements.
• Perform reporting, briefings, and performance reviews for Government stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor project staff, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or an additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree

Experience

• At least five (5) years of relevant project management experience in IT or consulting
• At least five (5) years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in public and/or private sector roles
• Experience managing complex DoD cybersecurity or IT infrastructure programs.
  
  

Security Clearance Requirement

Candidate must have an active Top Secret clearance

Candidate must also have eligibility for a Tier 5 (T5) / IT-I Critical Sensitive clearance

Licenses/Certifications

DoD 8570 IAM Level III Certification

Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent)

Other Required Skills And Abilities

• Strong understanding of cyber resilience, contingency planning, and system integration in secure environments.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
