We are hiring a Data Analyst to join the Digital Platform Execution team at one of our largest Fortune 200 Energy clients. In this role, you will support strategic initiatives tied to the Modern Sales transformation. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data and leveraging AI and machine learning techniques to uncover patterns, make predictions, and provide actionable insights. You will translate complex datasets into actionable insights that inform strategic initiatives, optimize business processes, and enhance customer engagement. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales leadership, product owners, and technical leads, to ensure that data is leveraged effectively to drive measurable business outcomes. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
2-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst/Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
Experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or PyTorch.
Demonstrated understanding and experience with machine learning principles/concepts.
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks, AWS, or GCP).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for conveying complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Understanding of basic machine learning workflows (feature engineering, model evaluation).
Experience working with CRM or sales data (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Understanding of sales transformation projects within the energy sector.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Support data preparation efforts for AI/ML models by sourcing, cleaning, and profiling structured and unstructured data.
Develop features for machine learning models and anomaly detection algorithms to support data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document data requirements, business rules, and data definitions.
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, gaps, and anomalies in sales-related data.
Validate and test model outputs against expected results or historical data.
Build simple dashboards or data visualizations to support reporting needs or communicate trends.
Document queries, data dictionaries, and analysis results in Confluence or internal tools.
Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies as a contributor to the data workstream.
Analyze complex datasets using AI techniques to uncover insights that inform sales strategies and business decisions.
Create automated reporting systems and real-time analytics dashboards.
Build technical knowledge and business acumen within data analytics and AI.
Ensure data accuracy and quality by employing advanced data preparation and cleaning techniques.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
