What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Design, develop, and manage cloud-based infrastructure and workflows.
  • Lead secure AWS architecture using best practices and compliance standards.
  • Partner with researchers on genomics and machine learning projects.
  • Automate reproducible computational pipelines using DevOps principles.
  • Manage budgets, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across teams.

About You:

  • 4+ years in AWS/cloud DevOps, bioinformatics, or data engineering.
  • Proficient in Python, R, Bash, Terraform/CloudFormation.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect preferred.
  • Cancer genomics or biomedical research experience is a major plus.
