Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Clinton, Maine. In this long-term contract role, you will be responsible for accurately managing and organizing data to support critical business operations. The ideal candidate thrives in structured environments and enjoys performing tasks with precision.

Responsibilities:

• Retrieve and analyze records based on provided numerical data.

• Accurately transfer data points into Excel spreadsheets and reports.

• Maintain organized files and documentation for inventory tracking.

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all entries and reports.

• Perform routine checks to verify completeness and correctness of information.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for creating and updating reports.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of assignments.

• Follow established procedures for data entry tasks with consistency.

• Proven experience in data entry or similar roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with repetitive tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing files and documentation.
• Ability to analyze and extract relevant information from large datasets.
• Familiarity with inventory reporting is a plus.
• Reliable and self-motivated with a commitment to accuracy.
• Effective communication skills for team collaboration.
