Our client located in Bethesda, MD (hybrid) is seeking a Director of Accounting. This will support the global month end close process and consolidated financial reporting. Duties include oversight of the GL accounting process, reconciliation and journal entry reviews, intercompany accounting, tax support, M&A integration tasks and process improvement projects to streamline the close. There will be a team of direct reports and this will be visible with the C-Level.
This candidate must have exposure with a multi-entity, complex, international close process.
Compensation is targeted at $160-200K + bonus depending on candidate level.
