Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelors degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years multi-unit management in convenience store environment required
• Self motivated and able to delegate tasks and motivate team
• Ability to manage / be accountable to the P&L
• Ability to successfully plan and manage to short and long term goals
• Proven ability to hire, train, manage, mentor, coach employees and inspire them to achieve customer service excellence
• Computer skills including reporting and analysis
• Frequent driving, must have valid license and reliable transportation
• Accountable for store compliance and reporting
• Responsible for achieving results through expense management, sales growth, marketing strategies, understanding competition, analyzing industry trends
