Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum 2 years multi-unit management in convenience store environment required
Self motivated and able to delegate tasks and motivate team
Ability to manage / be accountable to the P&L
Ability to successfully plan and manage to short and long term goals
Proven ability to hire, train, manage, mentor, coach employees and inspire them to achieve customer service excellence
Computer skills including reporting and analysis
Frequent driving, must have valid license and reliable transportation
Accountable for store compliance and reporting
Responsible for achieving results through expense management, sales growth, marketing strategies, understanding competition, analyzing industry trends
