What You'll Own
As our District Manager, you won't just manage — you'll inspire, optimize, and drive transformation across several high-performing stores:
Lead a team of Store Managers to consistently hit and exceed sales targets
Champion a winning culture focused on exceptional customer experiences
Analyze KPIs and coach store leaders to improve productivity and profitability
Develop high-potential talent and build bench strength for future growth
Conduct hands-on store visits to ensure flawless execution and engagement
Roll out exciting new store openings, remodels, and market initiatives
Serve as the voice of the region — connecting front-line feedback to senior strategy
Keep a pulse on the competition and capitalize on new opportunities

What You Bring
7+ years in multi-unit retail management (furniture experience a plus!)
Proven track record of coaching top-performing sales teams
Deep understanding of commission-based retail dynamics
Strong business acumen with skills in sales, operations, and merchandising
Excellent communicator, motivator, and strategic problem-solver
Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and being present in the stores
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
