Manage UCLA Store eCommerce Pick Up window during business hours, which includes; keeping track and updating order statuses, taking orders and answering customer questions in person, online and over the phone, handling and transporting merchandise and assist in order processing when necessary.
Requirements:
Must be reliable and able to work with people of all personality types. Position requires excellent communication and customer service skills, including the ability to address customer concerns in a friendly and respectful manner. A strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping skills are also essential. Must be quick, self-motivated and be able to multi task. MUST BE AVAILABLE THROUGH SUMMER BREAK, WINTER BREAK, HOLIDAY SEASON, AND FINALS WEEK.
