Job Description

• Host live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Amazon, and Instagram
• Showcase and demonstrate products, highlighting key features and benefits to viewers
• Interact with the audience in real-time, responding to questions, comments, and inquiries
• Create an engaging and entertaining shopping experience to boost viewer engagement and sales
• Plan and execute live streaming schedules, coordinating with marketing and product teams
• Stay informed on product details, promotions, and e-commerce trends to deliver accurate and up-to-date information
• Monitor live stream metrics, such as viewer count, engagement rate, and sales performance, and provide reports
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine live streaming strategies
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualification

• Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, or live streaming is a plus
• Confident and comfortable speaking on camera with a charismatic personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think quickly and adapt during live sessions
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their features, particularly those related to live streaming
