Our client is a well established small motor distributer and become one of the leading application of low and medium voltage systems. They are looking to grow their team in San Antonio, TX with a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing strong customer relationships, creating tailored proposals, and overseeing the full lifecycle of projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Project Management Duties:
Develop project schedules and logistics plans, supporting value engineering efforts.
Coordinate internal purchase orders and ensure accurate delivery processes with customers and production.
Negotiate with vendors to secure optimal pricing and terms.
Monitor project progress against schedules and budgets; resolve issues proactively.
Support quoting and RFP development for motor control products.
Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Recommend process improvements for better efficiency and results.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of electric motors and controls, including VFDs, solid-state starters, and general motor applications.
A strong desire to learn and adapt to new electrical products and technologies.
University/college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience in opportunity qualification, account development, and time management.
High energy, self-motivated, and enthusiastic work ethic.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work collaboratively at all levels with professionalism and respect.
Strong problem-solving and objection resolution capabilities.
Willingness to travel occasionally for project meetings.

Compensation & Benefits:
$80,000 - $95,000 dependent upon experience
