Event Manager

A leader in the CPG space is hiring a Senior Manager, Corporate Events in Hunt Valley, MD for full time position. The Sr. Manager, Corporate Events will be expected in office on a hybrid schedule.

Senior Manager, Corporate Events Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Public Relations, or related field
• 10+ years of experience planning small and large-scale corporate events
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proven success collaborating with senior executives, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Ability to perform under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality results

Senior Manager, Corporate Events Responsibilities:

• Set the vision, strategy, and execution for major corporate events and meetings
• Partner with executive leadership to oversee event planning from concept to completion
• Manage contracts, budgets, vendors, and all logistical aspects of events
• Lead and mentor direct reports, contractors, and agency partners
• Track and analyze event metrics, implementing improvements for future programs
