Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements, preferences, and budget, and develop customized event proposals and packages that meet their needs and exceed their expectations. Negotiate contracts and coordinate with external vendors.
Establish rapport with and entertain meeting planners while promoting hotel facilities and services. Conduct walking site inspections throughout property.
Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, setup, décor, audiovisual equipment, and staffing, to create the desired ambiance and atmosphere for each event.
Collaborate with the culinary team to create custom menus and beverage offerings for events, ensuring that food and beverage service is seamless and reflects the restaurant’s culinary expertise.
Serve as the primary point of contact for event guests, addressing inquiries, managing RSVPs, and providing assistance and guidance throughout the event to ensure a positive guest experience.
Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenses, and revenues, and identifying cost-saving opportunities while ensuring that events are delivered within budget and profitability targets.
Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of each event, gather feedback from clients and guests, and identify areas for improvement and opportunities for future events.
