- This job is a member of the Hubs & Gateways Team within the Customer Experience Division.
- Responsible for providing administrative, clerical and organization support to Directors of Customer Operations and Customer Care.
- The pay range for this role is $37,000 to $49,000, taking into account the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.
- Coordinates travel arrangements, meetings and appointments
- Creates spreadsheets, ad-hoc reports, prepare correspondence and generate form letters using advanced software features
- Receives incoming telephone calls and inquires and route appropriately
- Maintains office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- 3 years work experience in a prior support or administrative position
- N/A
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Superior typing skills
- Ability to review, screen and prioritize mail and telephone calls
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
