My client is a financial services firm located in the Washington, D.C. area with a newly created role for an Office Manager. The Executive Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing office operations including calendar management, vendor maintenance, onboarding new hires, and direct support of the Managing Partner. This Executive Office Manager is an exciting opportunity that will help shape the culture and morale of the organization and be the point of contact for human resources, technology support, and meeting and greeting guest. The Executive Office Manager will be responsible for the following duties:
Act a liaison on behalf of Managing Partner and clients
Assisting with IT set-up and onboarding of new hires
Process expense report, vendor payables, and manage the office budget
Responsible for managing the calendar of the COO
Vendor relations and managing facilities relations
Manage Personnel records/documentation, assisting HR Director as needed

Requirements:
BS/BA degree preferred
4 years’ experience in similar role
Proficiency in MS Office, must be computer savvy
