We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Compliance Officer of a leading financial services organization in New York. This is a unique opportunity for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to step into a hybrid role that combines executive support with light project coordination.
The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of experience as an EA in a corporate setting and thrive in a fast-paced, high-compliance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full executive administrative support to the Chief Compliance Officer, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Handle scheduling, agenda preparation, and logistics for internal and external meetings.
- Assist with light project management: update spreadsheets, track tasks, and manage deadlines.
- Manage regulatory requests by downloading, organizing, and uploading documents as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information and ensure timely follow-up on priorities.
- Serve as a key liaison between the Chief Compliance Officer and internal/external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within financial services, legal, or highly regulated industries.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive and resourceful mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Conditions & Details:
- Location: Hybrid role, working from the NY office.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
- Process: 1st round interview with HR, followed by 2nd round with Hiring Manager.
- Type: Temp-to-Perm contract.
