About The Role
The Food & Beverage Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring that all dining experiences meet the highest standards of quality and service. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the food and beverage department, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service while maintaining a positive and efficient work environment for staff. The supervisor will implement and uphold company policies and procedures, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in food safety and sanitation.
Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Responsibilities
