Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Freight Sales Executive. The Freight Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new sales leads, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating freight rates, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include prospecting for new clients, managing customer accounts, coordinating with the operations team on shipment details, and tracking the progress of shipments to ensure timely delivery. This role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as an understanding of the logistics industry.



Qualifications

  • Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Lead Generation
  • Strong Negotiation, Persuasion, and Closing Skills
  • Knowledge of Freight Rates and Logistics Industry
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Exceptional Organizational and Time Management Skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely and provide creative, client-focused solutions
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in freight sales or logistics (domestic or international)
  • Established client relationships and a track record of managing accounts and driving growth
