Cyrus is seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also providing essential administrative, office assistant, and data entry support. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls; take and deliver accurate messages.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Perform general administrative tasks.
Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and updating company databases.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference rooms, and office appointments.
Support office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
Provide administrative support to various departments as assigned.
Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience as a receptionist, office assistant, or in an administrative support role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with basic data entry systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (in alignment with company operating hours).
