Elevated casual dining restaurant seeking a General Manager to assist our award-winning Michelin-stared chef in Tysons, VA. This is a unique ground-floor opportunity with ownership and growth opportunity for the right candidate with a restaurant whose chefs are on the 2024 semifinalist list of James Beard Foundation's Best Chef Award. Position Overview:
As General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, staff development, and financial success. You will drive a culture of excellence while maintaining our commitment to high-quality food, outstanding service, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong leadership, inspiring a high-performing and motivated team.
Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations, maintaining seamless coordination.

Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
