The Managing Partner will open and manage the first location as the General Manager, building and developing the initial team. Once that shop is running smoothly, you’ll recruit and train the next GM and team for the second location—and continue that process as the brand expands.
This is a relocation to the Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Newport News area.

General Manager Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of GM experience in fast casual or quick-service restaurant
New Restaurant Opening experience preferred
Strong leadership, team development, and operations management skills
Experience with P&L management, labor scheduling, and cost controls
Passionate about hospitality, team culture, and high standards
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Virginia Beach/Hampton Roads
General Manager Key Responsibilities
Launch and lead the first restaurant as GM, setting the operational foundation
Recruit, train, and develop team members and future GMs
Oversee all aspects of daily operations including P&L, labor, inventory, and guest service
Lead new store openings, including staffing, setup, and training
Transition into a multi-unit leadership role as more locations ope
