Requirements

  • Must be certified as an HHA or PCA in New York State
  • Willing to commute to Westchester County
  • Driver's license preferred
  • Up-to-date medicals/vaccinations (or willing to obtain)
  • Completed drug screening or Habituation Form (or willing to obtain)
  • Compassionate, reliable, and committed to improving clients' quality of life
  • Bonus: Willing to participate in a video interview for faster hiring

Available Shifts

  • 6 to 12-hour shifts (available 7 days a week)
  • Live-in cases (3-4 days per week)

Pay Rate

$19.10 - $21.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized 24/7 in-home care
  • Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Support with mobility and physical activities
  • Prepare nutritious meals based on dietary needs
  • Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean home
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior

Duties Include

  • Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)
