Hooply is a fast-growing sports tech startup at the intersection of pickup basketball and digital innovation. We're building a B2C and B2B SaaS platform that empowers casual hoopers to track their games, view stats, and connect with local players, like a Strava for basketball.

We're looking for motivated high school students and university students in the US to join us in our early-stage journey as unpaid marketing interns. Interns will receive equity-based compensation, based on performance and contribution including content impact, code contributions, or capital raised. We might offer monetary payments based on high video performance and there is a possibility for full-time or part-time extension if you meet certain content performance standards.
Responsibilities:
Create short-form UGC (user-generated content) for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Collaborate with co-founders on storytelling and viral marketing strategy
Promote Hooply across both personal and official social media accounts
Put up posters or distribute branded materials in local communities or campuses
Brainstorm new hooks, trends, and partnerships that drive app signups and brand visibility
Contribute to weekly content performance reviews and strategy meetings
What you bring:
Prior experience in content creation (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) and editing
Strong grasp of social media trends and what goes viral
No formal major required, creativity and hustle are key
