Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Porsche Host at Porsche South Bay, located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The Host will be responsible for greeting and assisting clients, managing appointments and maintaining the waiting area, ensuring clients are comfortable, and addressing any inquiries. The Host will also assist with coordinating with loaners and work closely with the sales and service teams. This position will ensure a high level of client satisfaction and uphold the professionalism of the dealership.
Qualifications
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in client interaction is advantageous
Training and Sales skills are beneficial
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
Polished appearance and professional attitude
High school diploma or equivalent required
