Our Host are relied on to provide memorable, thoughtful experiences through engaging with our guests, preparing delicious Zinc beverages, serving Zinc foods with a smile and anticipating the needs of each guest that visits us. Responsibilities
Team Member responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Welcome and connect with every guest, provide friendly and personable service
Create an initial positive Zinc Guest Experience with accurate wait quotes and full engagement
Efficient front desk management with station rotations, minimal down time of empty tables, avoidance of wave seating providing a smooth flow of orders into the kitchen and back out to the serves
Constant communication with managers on duty and fellow hosts using radios
Communicate with servers and bartenders to ensure timing and service flow
Properly answer the phone
Communicate with managers on duty throughout your shift
Understand the reservation system and how to proper use
Ensuring all areas around work station are clean
Handle varying levels of business volume with composure & a positive attitude
Perform all opening and closing duties assigned by managers
Maintain customer privacy, behave with open-mindedness and cultural sensitivity
Follow all safety and state guidelines for preventing transmission of Covid-19 and other illnesses

Work Authorization: United States Citizen or Undocumented Noncitizen authorized to work in the United States
Work Context
Working with hot foods and beverages
Walking and standing for long periods of time
Tasks will be performed using and in the proximity of coolers, stoves, and other hot equipment
The employee may frequently be required to stoop, kneel, and crouch for duration of shift (eight hours or longer)
The employee must frequently lift and/or move and/or push up to 50 pounds without assistance
