Host Responsibilities
include but are not limited to:
A host’s duties primarily focus on ensuring that guests have a positive experience as soon as they walk through the door
Welcome customers with immediate warmth and ensure guests are seated and receive attentive service
Comfortably manage the flow of the dining room, help guests with reservations and maintain a waitlist of patrons during busy hours
Optimize seating at different tables to ensure even workload for servers
Demonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, initiative, a positive attitude and have exceptional communication skills
Perform station opening, closing and side work duties for each shift and always check out with the manager on duty
Understand and embody the Bottega Louie lifestyle, mission and brand
Compensation
Beginning at $17.28 - $20.00/hr
Tip pool participation subject to California Labor Code & Fair Labor & Standards Act
The anticipated additional tip pool distributions may be in the range of $8.00 - 12.00/hr based on recent average sales data.
