Job Description

TMZ Tours is looking for a Host to oversee nightly operations for our After Dark Tour! Are you ready to be the life of the party and the host of the coolest bus tour in town? The After Dark Host will be the guide of our nightlife extravaganza, ensuring that every moment is packed with fun, excitement and unforgettable memories. This role is all about mixing guest management with a splash of celebrity magic, all while keeping the vibes high and the party rolling!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee guest check-in process
• Review safety rules and tour process (itinerary and departure times)
• Lead tour guests in and out of bar venues
• Coordinate with bar staff to ensure VIP entry for all guests
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and electric atmosphere on the bus
• Report any incidents, guest stories, or feedback to management
  
  

Requirements:

• Outgoing, energetic, and confident in leading groups.
• Strong communication and crowd management skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with excellent timekeeping.
• Able to handle fast-paced, nightlife environments with professionalism.
• Prior hospitality, nightlife, or tour experience a plus
• Must be available to work Friday and Saturday nights

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $19.50 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
