POSITION SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Business Partner is a strategic role that is responsible for managing various HR initiatives. You will play a key role as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, identify challenges and opportunities, create efficiencies, and support business goals. This position is fast paced, and requires a high degree of independent self-starting capabilities, critical & logical thinking, and problem solving.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Manage strategic HR projects independently from start to finish including identifying existing gaps, building action plans and processes and implementing effective solutions
Lead full cycle recruiting efforts for all Crisis Services (Operations), including job posting and sourcing, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, collaborating with managers and more. Recruitment may be required for Clinical/Admin roles as needed
Identify gaps in the current Talent Acquisition process and implement efficient changes
Independently design and implement engagement initiatives to improve retention and build culture
Work as a HR point of contact for employee relations support, including conducting investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary action guidance and supporting corrective action processes in collaboration with managers
Develop training and other development opportunities for employees and managers
Track key people metrics to make informed business decisions and measure impact
Keep a big picture vision and provide well thought out solutions to resolve organizational and people issues
Serve as a trusted business partner, coach and advisor to all internal and external stakeholders
Performs other assignments as directed by the Director of Human Resources

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
7+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner experience required
Demonstrated ability to independently handle projects and programs in a variety of different HR functions from idea to implementation stage.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Prior experience of driving transformational improvements at increasing levels of complexity
Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
Advance knowledge of various HRIS platforms and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
