Job Description & Skill Requirement:

• Perform virtual build audits & Virtual build analysis using Team center/3D factory
• Must have thorough understanding of the Engine assembly process.
• Good understanding of the complete Engineering change management & process planning activities process.
• Create visual aids/ visual build books for the engine process.
• Work independently to generate & publish the reports in Power BI
• Knowledge of processes, approaches, tools support needed for the shop floor.
• Candidates must also manage their own development, continuously learning through experience and staying abreast of advancing technology

REQS:

• This position requires a bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial engineer or a related field. experience as a manufacturing engineer, Design Engineer, Mechanical Design Engineer, or related occupation.
• Experience preferred related to Engine manufacturing industries or equivalent.
• Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.

Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with:

• Experience with assembly process planning & visual build book creations.
• Basic working knowledge of Creo/ Team center vis mockup
• Expertise and experience in identifying and resolving process improvements
• Experience in NPI process
• Developing concept and production solutions to complex assemblies and modules to meet application requirements.
• Good working knowledge in developing reports and publishing using Power BI
