Position Summary
The Insurance Dealer Relationship Manager is responsible for remotely managing an assigned territory comprised of Stellantis, Inc. franchise new car dealerships with the overarching goal of driving them to achieve targeted penetration and insurance revenue goals by Stellantis Financial Insurance services and products in line with corporate objectives. The Insurance Dealer Relationship Manager will also maintain existing dealership relationships through a consultative sales approach by interacting with all dealership departments effectively to promote Stellantis Financial Insurance products and services in a remote environment.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Develop and conduct effective strategies to achieve target objectives through franchise automobile dealerships.
Conduct training on Stellantis Financial Insurance programs with the dealership's personnel to effectively maximize production.
Develop collaborative relationships with each product internal staff to achieve desired volume and customer satisfaction levels.
Works closely with insurance and other dealer relationship management personnel to assist dealerships in resolving problems with contracts received in-house.
Analyzes available data to identify challenges and trends within assigned territory.
Prepares weekly call itineraries and Action Plans as requested.
Actively participates in Weekly Sales Roundtable conference calls with Regional Team Members.
Responsible for maintaining strict confidentiality when handling consumers’ sensitive personal information including, but not limited to, Social Security numbers and dates of birth.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience
Two (2) years minimum of remote territory management in a sales or operational role.
Four (4) years minimum of Auto Dealership Experience.
Four (4) years minimum of Insurance Management, or similar role, experience.
Education
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to multiple audiences and present numerical data.
Effective cross-collaboration skills with the ability to foster positive internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Must possess a collaborative mindset to work effectively across multiple departments within the organization.
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage time, and develop actionable plans while identifying risks and opportunities
Display a high degree of tactful professionalism when approaching others to build commitments and overcome resistance.
Must be able to maintain a larger number of dealership prospects and existing customer base.
Strong problem-solving skills and capabilities.
Overtime required – required on an as needed basis.
Travel 0-10% – as required on an as needed basis.
Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Houston, TX; Phoenix, AZ.
Qualifications Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or equivalent field is highly preferred.
Previous Captive or bank/finance experience is a PLUS!
Knowledge of dealership operations is preferred.

Work Schedule This position requires the ability to work various shifts to accommodate business needs. Typically, between the hours of 8AM-6PM Monday through Friday and on weekends as needed. Travel is required 10% of the time.
