Managed Services Provider seeks a Highly Skilled/Proficient IT Systems Administrator to join our customer support team!

- This is NOT a remote position and requires an office and onsite client presence
- Minimum of 5 years relative IT industry experience
- Industry Certification or degree is a must to be considered.
- Manage and support a set number of on-site clients with a regular schedule.
- Provide desktop support over the phone and in-person, troubleshooting a variety of network and end-user systems.
- Develop and document technical procedures and end-user guides.
- Seek ways to apply technology to business processes.
- Research and provide information on technical trends.
- Collaborate with our team of technology professionals to deliver best-in-class IT support to over 1600 endpoints.
- Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures.
- A desire and aptitude to learn and grow as an IT professional, always challenging yourself and helping others.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot and diagnose issues, following them to resolution.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented, a fast learner, and able to think on the fly.
- Ability to handle confidential information with utmost respect for the client.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows desktop, server, and networking systems and protocols.
- Solid understanding of firewall concepts and cloud-based technologies.
- Solid understanding of virtual system management using VMWare or Hyper-V.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT industry experience.
- Technical certification or IT degree is required.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have proof of active automobile liability insurance that meets Colorado State Law requirements.
