Junior Mechanical Engineer

What You Can Expect in This Role

As a Junior Mechanical Engineer, you will work closely with our engineering team to support the design, prototyping, and testing of filling and packaging equipment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys building, experimenting, and learning through hands-on experience. You’ll have opportunities to develop your skills in CAD design, prototyping, and real-world product development while contributing to exciting projects that shape the future of the craft beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems, components, and assemblies.
• Support the creation of CAD models, part drawings, and documentation (SolidWorks preferred).
• Participate in prototype builds, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to implement design improvements.
• Help prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs) and maintain design records.
• Assist with research and development activities.
• Occasionally support field testing or customer rollouts alongside service engineers.

We’re looking for someone curious, resourceful, and motivated to grow as an engineer. Academic projects, internships, or personal builds are just as important to us as formal work experience.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling (SolidWorks preferred)
• Comfort with hands-on prototyping — machining, 3D printing, or DIY projects.
• Familiarity with fluid systems, automation, or robotics is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Eagerness to learn, experiment, and grow within a fast-paced engineering environment.
