We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role provides the opportunity to build a strong foundation in accounting and tax compliance while working closely with experienced professionals. You will play a key role in supporting tax filings, audits, and day-to-day accounting functions.

Prepare and ensure timely completion of sales and use tax returns
Support the monthly sales and use tax cycle
Develop an understanding of tax-exempt certificates across various jurisdictions
Provide assistance with internal and external audits
Collaborate with and support the Senior Accountant on projects and reporting needs
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or a related field
0–2 years of accounting experience (internships or co-op experience strongly preferred)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Skills & Competencies
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Exceptional organization and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
Additional Information
Salary Range : $50-60K per year
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law
