We are actively hiring per diem LPNs with acute care experience for 12-hour day or overnight shifts and individual home visits in Windsor and nearby towns.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience in an acute care setting (home care a plus!)
• Active CT LPN license
• BLS certification
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
• Physical exam within the last year
• PPD or QuantiFERON within the last year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
