We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Mac Support Technician to provide hands-on technical assistance for macOS devices in a busy onsite environment. You’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting, maintenance, and end-user support, ensuring that systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line support for macOS hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in person, via phone, or through ticketing systems.
• Assist with device setup, configuration, and deployment.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and system upgrades.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and system preferences.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of macOS operating systems, hardware, and Apple ecosystem tools.
• Familiarity with common productivity software and network connectivity troubleshooting.
• Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills with clear communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
