This Industrial Engineer role focuses on improving operational performance across the entire plant. You will analyze workflows, conduct time studies, and implement projects that optimize labor utilization, streamline processes, and enhance overall productivity.

Description
Responsibilities:
Design, analyze, and implement efficient workflows and production systems.
Conduct time and motion studies to identify opportunities for labor optimization and waste reduction.
Develop strategies to balance productivity, quality, and cost.
Collaborate with production, maintenance, and supply chain teams to streamline operations.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives at the system level.
Evaluate facility layouts, material flow, and labor utilization for efficiency gains.
Establish and track key performance metrics.
Partner with leadership to design scalable systems that support long-term growth.
Profile
Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
5+ years of industrial or manufacturing engineering experience.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, workflow design, and time studies.
Proven ability to conduct system-level analysis and implement productivity improvements.
Excellent problem-solving, data analysis, and project management skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-departmentally.
Preferred: experience with ERP/MRP systems, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or facility layout optimization.
