Description

Responsibilities:

• Design, analyze, and implement efficient workflows and production systems.
• Conduct time and motion studies to identify opportunities for labor optimization and waste reduction.
• Develop strategies to balance productivity, quality, and cost.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and supply chain teams to streamline operations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives at the system level.
• Evaluate facility layouts, material flow, and labor utilization for efficiency gains.
• Establish and track key performance metrics.
• Partner with leadership to design scalable systems that support long-term growth.

Profile

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, workflow design, and time studies.
• Proven ability to conduct system-level analysis and implement productivity improvements.
• Excellent problem-solving, data analysis, and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-departmentally.
• Preferred: experience with ERP/MRP systems, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or facility layout optimization.
