We’re looking for a proactive, systems-driven Operations Manager who can create and maintain streamlined workflows across our fast-growing content and marketing agency. You’ll work directly with leadership and across departments to ensure that daily operations, team output, and client delivery are organized, efficient, and aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain SOPs, internal systems, and workflows across departments (content, ads, sales, and onboarding)
Manage day-to-day team operations and ensure task follow-through across pods and roles
Improve productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks through automation and documentation
Own key tools (ClickUp, Slack, Airtable, Zapier, GHL) and ensure systems are running smoothly
Coordinate with leadership on hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews
Ensure compliance with company standards and track KPI accountability per department
Qualifications
3+ years experience in operations, project management, or systems management (agency experience is a plus)
Must have experience in content creation, social media management, paid advertising and B2B Services!
Strong communication and leadership skills; must be comfortable managing remote teams
Experience with project management and automation tools (ClickUp, Notion, Airtable, Zapier, GHL)
Strong systems thinking and ability to create clarity out of chaos
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at follow-through
