National Account Manager

🚨 Confidential Search: National Account Manager – Remote in San Antonio, TX 🚨

Location: Remote/Must be a resident within 30 miles of HEB HQ (San Antonio, TX).

Travel: Up to 40%

We’re seeking a National Account Manager to lead business with H-E-B, Albertsons', Whole Foods, and small regional grocery accounts.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead strategy + execution for H-E-B, Albertsons' and Whole Foods accounts
• Build customer-specific business plans that deliver profitable growth
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure flawless execution

Hard Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

• Big CPG experience (national, complex portfolio exposure)
• Center store / dry grocery background
• Strong data & syndicated data (IRI/Nielsen/Retail Link) savvy
• Stable career trajectory (no job hopping)
• Proven success in mass retail leadership roles
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to travel 10-40%
