What You’ll Do
As a Nurse Practitioner at CleanSlate, you’ll play a vital clinical role in treating patients with opioid and alcohol use disorders through medication-assisted treatment (MAT). You’ll work alongside a team of dedicated medical and behavioral health professionals to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide medication-assisted treatment using buprenorphine, Vivitrol, Sublocade, and Brixadi
Evaluate patients and determine individualized treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust medications as needed
Collaborate with physicians and care teams on complex cases
Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR within 48 hours
Participate in clinical meetings, training, and quality improvement efforts
Support telemedicine and occasional regional coverage as needed
What We’re Looking For
Active NP license and DEA registration in state of employment
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
Experience in addiction medicine or behavioral health preferred
Comfort with EMRs and a fast-paced clinical setting
