Base pay range

$125,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Internal Medicine

Locations: Manchester, CT & East Hartford, CT

Compensation: $118,000 – $125,000 annually (based on experience) + $2,500 bilingual Spanish bonus

A well-established community health organization is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join its Internal Medicine team. This is an opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Typical Hours

  • Mon–Wed: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Thurs: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Fri: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Sat: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Key Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
  • Active RN and APRN license (for NP) or PA license in Connecticut
  • Connecticut Controlled Substance Registration and DEA license
  • BLS certification
  • Bilingual Spanish highly desirable

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct physical exams and patient assessments
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
  • Provide patient education and counseling
  • Coordinate care and make referrals as needed
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records
  • Participate in teaching and training of healthcare students
