Responsibilities
Be the point person for all things office facilities and management related
Coordinate all office logistics
Maintain a professional, organized office environment
Organize and oversee internal and external events
Oversee and manage employee onboarding and seat assignments
Assist with ad hoc recruitment needs
Complete detailed expense and out of pocket reports including tracking receipts and charge codes
Order office supplies and help maintain proper inventory
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
3-5 years of relevant OM experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary Range
$100,000-$120,000
